What is going on with our Starbucks... I come often but today I had the most unwelcoming service by antasia. The tone and rude attitude for being in customer service is bad. Unprofessional. Please train the staff to know how to greet, speak to customers. Customer service with friendly welcoming attitudes is worth a million bucks. Juan Carlos, thank you so much for being so sweet, kind and polite.

i have never had such a bad experience with this statbucks until today. i went in because they didnt correctly make the drinks i order and the girl infront "vivi" was being so rude.She refused to remake it because of the recipt after we showed her the recipt she still refused until one of vons managers came and told her to make it.She was still giving so much attitude i have never seen such bad customer service Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20
