I recently applied for a job here. The manager was quick to reach out to me with an email but then never replied back. I have called and emailed him several times and have never heard back from him. The manager danny, told me he wasn't feeling well over a email. I replied back saying something about a phone interview and he never answered. I have continuously emailed him and called the store only to be told nothing. I always thought that Starbucks was a great company to work for but I do not feel that way anymore. I came in and ordered an sandwich and realized I got the wrong one after I had left. I called, and they picked the phone up super fast. I told them what happened and they said I could come by and pick up a replacment sandwich. Everyone was really nice and fast. They handled the situation great! I don't go here often, but when I do it is always great. Always super welcoming and great breakfast sandwiches 😊 Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location is hit or miss. More misses than hits. The drive thru can get backed up fast and the staff can get pretty impatient therefore rushing you and messing up your order instead of taking their time and shooting for accuracy. They are also not very friendly here. Occasionally you can get someone from another location or a shift supervisor that will make your order good and put a little pizzazz in their customer service instead of being so lackluster. The only reason I do come to this location is if I am in the area and need to do the essentials for myself, etc. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Walked up stood there with 3 other people, cars in drive through for the barista to say they are closed. On google it says they are open until 1800. Service: 1

This place has a very bad customer service their workers are very rude unprofessional I’m very disappointed I hope they can work on their customer service skills. Got much better I’m very happy with their service now I’m not sure if they rehire new employees but they are very nice a lot better then before now I keep visiting this location more often.😃

So I walk here three or four times a week with my dog and just recently they stop allowing walk up service after 1 PM.
