[(Question)] Are my tips that I make electronically actually going to the employees, or does it stay with Starbucks...!? Just wondering...

I was on my home from an amazing work morning and thought I would treat myself as I normally make coffee at home. I am NOT that savvy when it comes to specialized coffee. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was not greeted by the person taken the order, just "what would I like" very rough around the edges...my rule of thumb is to also make that a point of acknowledgement by responding with, "Good Morning!" Because it was a good morning. I asked the representative if the new hazelnut oatmeal shaken ESPRESSO came hot. Her response was, we can make any latte hot but in a very condescending tone. I was immediately offended and my attitude was building and she sensed it and then tried to in her rough way to acknowledge my order. I was so mad when I got to the window that I immediately blurted out how rude that was. The person standing in front of the counter had just arrived and was acting clueless to why I was irritated. I explained that I was not that experienced with coffee and I had asked for a yes or no question and got nothing but a condescending response. The person who took my order was not even able to face me and threw her teammate under the bus to get any backlash for her attitude. No accountability. I will no longer support Starbucks and will only do local and privately owned coffee stands where I know that I'll get genuine service. They always remember your name and your order. Abd no, I don't expect that from Starbucks employees but I do expect coming and NOT receiving such disrespect. Have a great new year.

My coffee taste hella weird as if it was soy milk or if the foam from the milk was over
Warmed to give off a weird taste. The teas here are good. Seem like I will just stick to the tea, because my coffee is never right.

Wow. Two girls that were working there today were insanely rude and stingy with the coffee! Never had a bad starbucks until today.
It was a mistake going here.

Very friendly from the first "Hello"! They were gracious with their greeting, verified my order and was just a pleasant when I picked it up! Thank you for bringing more light into the world 😊

I was ignored for a few minutes and then told it would be a 20-minute wait. I said all I wanted was a Cake-pop. The girl was very rude and still didn't take my order, so we left. Extremely poor customer service. I'm in the service industry, and no matter how busy you are, it is your job to provide quality customer service.

Went inside thinking quicker service, WRONG. Waited almost 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged (only person inside) They made my drink wrong twice- once wrong size, second time forgot my strawberries. Once I finally got my drink, it was tasty!
Also the floor looked like it hadn’t swept in a year, pick up your cleanse Starbucks. You are usually better than this!

Can't swing a dead cat on a street corner in Seattle without hitting 4 Starbucks, and they're all making reliably good coffee! My apologies to cat-lovers. I am really a fan of small-batch roasters and boutique cafés. But Starbucks trains their baristas well.

This is by far the best Starbucks location in Federal Way before reaching Seattle. A great location to meet friends, family, or for business. I am glad they expanded and offer this location.
