I ordered a venti iced coffee with a splash of cream and a coffee cake. Instead, I received a venti iced coffee heavy on cream with just a splash of coffee, and my coffee cake was never served. The location appeared to be understaffed, and the baristas seemed unsure about how to retrieve an item from their display that I had ordered. After being asked twice by the same two employees what I was waiting for, I decided I had waited long enough. I told them to give my food to the homeless man camped outside their entrance. The restrooms are disgusting here. I talked to one of them employees are telling them the first thing you should do before you open it to make sure everything is cleaned up and sanitary.
