I had the worst customer service experience at a Starbucks today. The manager was super rude when I asked for a little more vanilla in my latte, even though I couldn't taste any. She insisted that it was definitely in there, but she didn't even taste it herself. She wanted to charge me more, which is not how Starbucks should treat customers. Stay away from this location! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
