I usually don’t leave reviews, but Savvy was super nice! It’s great to have a smiling face greeting you in the morning. Most people working through drive throughs gave me attitude for no reason so this was a nice interaction. Keep it up Savvy!!

Nice place to get a coffee drink and chill for a bit. They were not busy in store, but had a lot of mobile orders so it took a bit to get my order...but not overly long. Might go back again...

Beautiful location on the water. The service is always friendly and usually pretty fast. My only gripe is that they're often out of one of my favorite sandwiches, the turkey pesto. It's a 10 minute drive for me to go here, but it's worth it. I always appreciate Starbucks quality.

My favorite Starbucks location! It's so clean and organized. The parking lot is spacious and plentiful. The outdoor seating is really nice and big, and the beach view is really a nice touch. The staff is always nice and friendly, and I've never had a problem with my drinks. Also it's so fast here, even during busy times. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a drink. I hope this location stays like this because they are amazing!

Stood at the counter for five minutes with no acknowledgment, even when they all looked at me. Finally, I said will someone help me. The store was dead. Then the girl from the window came and she was not happy. Better places to get better customer service for those prices.

Ordered a vanilla latte and got a mint mocha:( Not even close to what I ordered and my car is broken down so I can’t come get a new one. Wish I could get my money back some how.

All was good until I got to the window. The barista was rude! Didn't greet me at the window and was put off by the fact that I asked to pay cash and card at the window. As if it was the biggest inconvenience. I asked for a stopper for one coffee. And the next I didn't get a sleeve for my hot coffee and where I assumed I would get a stopper I did not. But you know everyone loves to get burned by hot coffee

I stopped going to Starbucks a long time ago for several reasons. I decided to give it another chance and stopped here.
Never again. The hot drinks were cold. The cups were dirty from spills. I had to ask for a drink carrier even though I purchased multiple drinks.
I was standing there waiting for the last drink when the barista rudely asked why I was still there and if I was waiting for something to eat. They had forgotten the last drink in the order, hastily fixed it, incorrectly, and gave it to me.
You failed again Starbucks. That was your last chance. If you can't provide courteous service and correct products for the prices you charge, I don't need to set foot in your store.
