Don't care about the coffee, service or atmosphere. What I do care about is that my grande coffee is over 6 bucks. I used to spend about 600 bucks every month at sb and that was when my drink was under 5 bucks... On top of that, nowadays, the cup always has at least an inch more room in it when I get it. Over time, I figure they're in to me for at least several cups of coffee from shorting me on the regular. And don't get me started on tips these days. So, I hardly ever go to Starbucks anymore. Maybe once every 6 months. Because every time I do, I get shorted, and pi$$ed. So, to fix my dilemma, I have this beauty that serves up a splendid latte for so so much less!

I placed an order on the app. When I got there the drive through was clear so I decided to go through and pick up my order. I skipped the box, which I guess was wrong, and was met by the rudest barista I have ever encountered, Kiara. I usually don’t remember names but this was a time I wouldn’t forget. I got to the window and was not greeted with a hi but “we have a box!” Immediately she was rude and disrespectful. I apologized and said I had an order for pick up. I was cut off and told that next time I needed to use the box because orders get placed at the wrong location. Mind you, I made sure to triple check before ordering. She continued to scold me like I was a child. Long story short, my order was there. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered at 9:30am 1/14, just in case the manager wants to take action, which they should.

I've gone here twice in the past week, and both times they have not been "open". Let me explain. We pull up into the drive through and we sit there for a solid 5 minutes and no one says anything, so we finally pull up to the window. There's a sign saying they're temporarily closed. So We're like okay... they 100% should have put a sign on their drive through screen because that was such a waste of our time. And then we gave it a few days, went back, and again sat there for a while waiting. So we pull up to the window and there's plenty of workers in there, it's during their open hours, and there's NO SIGN this time. All i'm asking is please at least put a sign. We were late for work because the person in front of us sat at the window forever waiting for someone to come. If there would have just been a sign, it would have all been fine.
