The coffee is good. The people are friendly, but this this the only starbucks I've been to where they don't take a name for your order. It can get confusing when there are several customers waiting on orders.

Came about 6pm Tuesday, June 20th. Was the only customer placed an order in the time I was there.
But the barista making my drink (brown sugar shaken espresso) was so occupied talking with a customer or visitor who didn't place an order, she was clearly not focused on making my drink, and didn't follow the creation standards.
I watched her not shake it at all, (opposed to the standard 10 shakes) and follow up by adding 2nd scoop of ice to fill it up more, before adding the oatmilk on top.
Pretty dissapointing experience not be treated with any level of customer importance, and receive a low quality version of my favorite drink at full cost.

Very slow service. I know it was Thanksgiving but it took 45 min to get 3 drinks. The drinks them selfs tasted ok. Typical starbucks.
