I believe in giving restaurants second chances. Both times I was surely disappointed in the service of this particular Starbucks. I highly recommend training videos for the staff on customer etiquette. If you are going to make your customers wait, at least have the decency to let them know that it'll be a minute. Also, the employees seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than with taking orders even though I was literally the only person in line. Enjoy this store if you like poor customer service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
