I’ve had a few good experiences at this store lately. The last two weeks of school it had long lines, but the employees were friendly and efficient, trying to make drinks as quick as they could. Someone was walking around talking to people and thanking them for their patience. It was a good vibe. Just this last week I went to get a refresher and it was so clean! Now if they can just get some tables and chairs!
The line here is usually pretty long, but that's to be expected for a Starbucks in the middle of a college campus. The employees are always super nice and efficient with the insane amount of drink orders they have. The only thing I don't understand is why the music is always so loud. Even when the store is empty, you have to yell in order for the workers to hear you.

Everytime I order here they NEVER make my drink correctly, maybe some training needs to be done but you can tell they don’t know their own menu because they will give you the closes drink that they can find to that and give you whatever. Personally had a bad experience every time, even if I bring a friend to order with me😭

On my way back home to LA I stopped here for a coffee! I was immediately demanded by a Barista whose name is Sky to put on a mask! I have health issues and can not wear one but, these two baristas were extremely rude and very unprofessional!! They shouldn't be working in the customer service industry if they are going to take customers orders and not listen to the drink they are ordering! I was asked several times if I wanted a hot or cold drink I said extra hot 3 different times and this drink was not complicated by any means! These baristas need to take a class at their own University-101 Customer Service Skills and 101 Listening Skills!
My family is in Flagstaff, Az on vacation. We visited an historical site nearby and wanted coffee. We were led to this location by google. The only downfall is there is no parking. But the experience made the money we paid worth it. The store is nicer than I expected being on a campus. The nice lady making my family's lattes poured the milk in front of us and I told her it was the best pour I have ever seen. Each latte was topped with a heart made of foam. We also ordered two iced chais with very, very light ice. No one ever gets this right for us, but she did. Not only did she do it right but she asked us to taste it. My wife did and she said it was the best chai she has every had. The barista told us she always adds an extra pump of chai when someone gets light ice since they must add more milk. I was impressed with her care and how kind she was. I asked her what her name was and she introduced herself as Tammy and that she was the new manager. Tammy and this store made our day. Flagstaff is a beautiful town, the campus is beautiful and this coffeehouse is one of the best I've been too. Thanks to the store and the city.
Good campus Starbucks. Very clean and good service. Convenient central location on campus. They seem to get the complicated orders correct and the line moves quickly. Open during the coronavirus with shorter hours. Seating available outside in addorondack chairs. They have cups, mugs and tumblers available. Highly recommend.
The line was long when we first came in and people were waiting barista Stefany came out and rocked it she had people's order done with lightening speed and drinks were yummy way to go Stefany you are needed at all Starbucks and should make top dollar you know your job
The crowds are gone on campus, but this Starbucks is still open and working hard. A friendly bunch in there. Enjoyed my visit and my latte was perfect. Thanks for your hard work.
