Went through the drivethru for hot chocolates @ 8:45pm, after a chilly soccer match. Drive thru seemed closed, but the hours posted said close @ 9pm & all the lights were on. Tried the door - three employees standing behind the counter on their phones. Doors locked. Don’t post open hours if you don’t plan on being open. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty Dirty. Lucky I had just purchased cleaning wipes so I could sit at a table and drink my espresso. Took three wipes to get it this clean 😬🤨 Nervous to drink this espresso though!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I'm always able to customize drinks with no problem. My son loves their hot chocolate, he says they use just the right amount of whipped cream.

Horrible! I went in there today and asked how I wanted my green tea frap. With mint, whip cream and chocolate drizzle and chips. The young man said " if I wanted a matcha sweeten instead". I said "i've gone to other starbucks who are okay with me ordering like this". He cut me off and said "he gots it and been working there for years".I was with a friend and she asked what I ordered, I described it to her and then the young man over heard and asked If I wanted whip cream I said "yes". He tried to be nicer but it didn't make up for his rudeness and he didn't even bother to look at my order I had on my phone. so when i got my drink it didn't have the chocolate drizzle. I didn't bother him again. just left. AVOID going to this Starbucks at all cost. Lazy and rudeness. This is the first time that I actually want to avoiding going to a starbucks.

This Starbucks is not full service, does have most items on the menu. No Nitros and less food items. The service was good, the employee was very personable and had knowledge of the drinks.

Don’t bother with this one just go across the street or down the road. I ordered a drink that I order every single day and it was even written down for them and told me it was $8 . It’s honestly $4.17 all across the country but it’s eight dollars inside this Kroger apparently. She tried to tell me she had to charge me for a Venti or else she had to charge me for extra shots so that’s why it was so much. What the heck? zero training going on here. Zero.

First time going to this location. Normally Starbucks is spot on but coffee was absolutely nasty. Venti mocha tasted like watered down chocolate milk. Crappy way to start the morning.

Little old white lady was extremely rude I went in looking for a cup told me “who is telling You we have those cups We Don’t have any.” I asked if they ever got any she said”NO” a friend of mine went in not even an hour later looking for the same cup and told her she did have some turns out she had them hidden in the back.

The old lady working there completely ignored me until I yelled that i needed to please order as she wasn't making another drink just cleaning some stuff. And then she was rude. Never again.
