I'm generally not a Starbucks fan - I think there are better cups of coffee out there. HOWEVER, I had a wonderful experience here. After being told that they didn't have any decaf coffee brewed, one of the staff members offered to make me a pour with my choice of flavor. She opened a new package of grounds for my drink and had it ready quickly. My purchase was also utilizing an on campus coffee deal, so although it only cost me about $1, the staff still took my order seriously and went out of their way to do me a favor.

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've ever had at Starbucks! Super crowded after the Alabama Tennessee game (ROLL TIDE) and the staff was working hard, and the drinks were perfect! Thank you so much for getting me the caffeine I needed to drive home after the game!
