It’s small, but the orders are correct and they weren’t out of anything that I wanted. The restaurant was clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.
Location was dead, had at least 3 employees in store, and out of cold brew before 10 AM with no apparent intention of brewing any more. Employees were apathetic and slow.
Got an iced latte instead, and it was super bitter and tasted like burnt popcorn
they always make my drink perfectly! i get a somewhat annoying order with several modifications and they always take the time to make sure it’s done right and done well, even when it’s busy! i came in to pick up my mobile order today with a drive thru line wrapped around the building and nearly 25 people waiting in the cafe, and even with so many of those people being so incredibly rude, the baristas were so kind and friendly to everyone. only waited about 10 minutes for 2 drinks & 2 pastries with a building full of customers. and the bar was CLEAN! impressive for such a big rush. i worked at starbucks for several years and this store’s team continues to impress me. love y’all thank you for all that you do!
I waited for 30 mins when people were crowed. They looked slow, tired, and not proficient. Even later comers got coffees and foods earlier than me. In addition, I got a wrong one.
Dirty and staff are mean.
