Ordered Java chip Frapp. Never been so disappointed with Starbucks so much. It looked like a milk with almost none chocolate chips in it, bland whip cream and whole drink tasted like milk with some syrup. 0 stars, if possible.

Why Starbucks they all closed at 5:30 at Vons terrible customer service guy was already clean to ready to closed what hell no more coffee afternoon

The girl that works in this Starbucks is not very friendly, I have tried to let it go...but i will just go to the other Starbucks in this mall where they are nice, or use the vons Starbucks only when she is not working.
