Trash employee with no customer service skills. I ordered a grande iced Carmel macchiato. When I received a drink it was in a venti cup . But it was not accidentally made as a venti, they just poured the grande drink into the cup and filled the empty space up with more milk. It tased like straight milk. No coffee. I went back to the counter and everyone was busy and no one asked me if I needed help . So I walked back over to the register. One of the ladies that was busy with drinks was now over there and looked at me and rolled her eyes and moved her head with quite the attitude asking me what I wanted. When I confronted her on why she was speaking to me this way she again had attitude and told me that she said it with an attitude because she just saw me standing over by the drinks and I didn’t say anything to her. YA BECAUSE YOUR HANDS WERE FULL OF DRINKS AND I WAS BEING RESPECTFUL! Plus you didn’t speak to me! Didn’t ask if I needed something . So I Walked to the resister so someone who wasn’t busy could help. There was no sorry, just attitude. Extremely disrespectful and rude .
