I like this place, the service is nice, the atmosphere is calming and the food and drinks here are incredible each time I come here, they are very understanding when it comes to the size labeling and even just told me small medium or large instead of venti or what Else, as for the staff, the staff worked quickly and thoroughly, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in or passing by California city, Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This morning I placed an order via the app, I picked up order once I got home I realized they had given me the wrong breakfast item. When I got back to the store the clerk explained that they didn’t have the sandwich I had ordered so they decided to give me something else without asking if I was ok with the alternative. In addition the item they gave me was of a lesser value. Didn’t bother to tell me, they just assumed I would be ok with the switch. Then when I asked for refund, she had an attitude. Poor quality of service. I understand items run out, just be honest about it and or don’t be lazy and switch an item without telling the customer just because you are too lazy to do a refund. pistachio hot coffee is tasty and oleato is my friends favorite the staff had the best teamwork and they keep things moving quickly the manager is totally hands on with the staff and not hiding in some back room Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
