the server was very rude. she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a water and said that if we’re in that big of a rush, to go to another starbucks. she was overall a bad barista and this isn’t the first time this has happened to me or my friends. Doesn’t give customers points for personal cup. Every Starbucks offers refills while in store. This one doesn’t and they don’t let customers know in advance.
