The staff is always very rude and arrogant and impatient… on 03/01/2024 on the drive thru I was helped by Makayla the young lady with glasses and red highlights , she was so rude and yelled and me and threw the cake pop in my face without looking at me or saying anything for no reason other than being in a bad mood and taking it out on customers. I am realistic here,no need to be friendly I get it,but they definitely have to be polite and respectful. I spoke with Yukon the manager and he apologized and said he will address this matter with her… I hope he follows up with me or this review ,that’s the right thing to do in customer service.
