The staff here is always nice and get my order right every time! I hope you continue like this… I don’t mind walking into Safeway to go to this SBUX at all! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks, and this one had exceptional service and very low wait times. I was on business travel when visited this store and would definitely come back! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

I go to the Starbucks almost daily, get the same thing and today when it was wrong instead of just offering to make me a new drink they made me pay for another six dollar drink. Never again! Really making me pay for a drink you made wrong? Are you freaking kidding me? This is the opposite of what good customer service should be.

Starbucks is the most expensive watered down coffee, no matter what u order it’s always the same, a ton of ice with none of the ingredients they say are in it. I would recommend if u want a real coffee with real espresso beans try Oo-de-lally in castle rock it’s amazing!! Always super delicious and they give you a punchcard for free coffees after you buy 10 beverages and then you can get any size coffee with any shots of espresso added for free!! It’s amazing!

Granted, I’m not a coffee snob, so maybe these drinks aren’t crafted from the finest beans in the Amazon. However, the elderly lady runs this place well, as I had a large order she fulfilled decently. It’s peaceful if you come during non-peak hours.

Whoever made mine and my wife's coffee didn't make it right the first time. Which was fine, we are understanding people. one just had been made with whip cream. And they also didn't have the Carmel drizzle in top of either. After sending them back we got two coffees with so much Carmel drizzle in it that taking a sip we both got mothfulls of Carmel and about 1/4 of our cups are just caramel. It just seems a little on purpose when you send a coffee back for a Carmel drizzle and you get so much it's disgusting.We ordered at 3:28 today from register 4.

Went to the worst starbucks experience in the area. Coffee is served out of jugs - just as a gas station would. Since this is located inside Safeway, I think job security is assured in spite of not answering questions directly, making me wait until the inter-barista conversation has all but come to a halt... seriously fire them all. Boo hoo Safeway and Starbucks.
