This is what I received after (over) paying for a “venti” drink and this is at least the fifth time I payed full price and received a drink that 1/3-1/4 of it was empty. My husband did a pick up order or else I would’ve had them top it off at the store.

Disappointed, we came over here twice now and they don’t have any sandwiches. It seems strange they had several occurrences of running out of food at this Starbucks location. Coffee is still great. Crème brûlée Latte was on point, delicious. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible experience, Lexi was extremely rude, and gave poor customer service. I have never experienced anything like this at any Starbucks location. They also decided to close the inside cafe for some odd reason and were only taking drive thru. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has done this before either. Still appalled with my interaction with Lexi. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped here on our way home from Shady Maple which is about an hour drive from us. My drink tasted great and I love that this location keeps the bakery items in the plastic. Not only is it safer for the customer but it doesn’t get dryed out. The cashier in the drive thru was very cheerful and pleasant as well

Terrible! Went at an off time, just after 4 pm thinking it wouldn't be busy. After repeating my order multiple times I sat in a line of 4 cars for over 10 minutes. Once I got to the window I had to sit and wait for the girl at the window to acknowledge me. She was having a conversation with another girl, I assume the supervisor, who was telling her how she needs to keep the line moving. Yet she was holding up the cashier and holding up the line. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. What I got was a frap with no carmel in it. It tasted like blended cream and melted ice. The whipped cream even looked flat. No "crunch" that makes it a carmel ribbon crunch. I wasn't going to try to go back to correct it or get a refund since it took so long. Save yourself your money and time. There are other local coffee shops who will make you a much better drink with fast and friendly service.

This location is constantly not making drinks right. I frequent very often to this Starbucks and not once have I ever gotten my drink made right(I am an ex Starbucks barista), especially with the cold foams. If someone is asking for foam, they want foam, not sweet cream on top of their drink. They are very picky about who they hire but can never get employees that actually make the drinks right, which is absurd due to the training they receive.

I love coming to this Starbucks! I’ve been here probably a dozen times since it opened last spring and everyone is super kind and friendly and the orders are never wrong. I’ve sat inside to do work many times, a great place to do so as it is rarely packed. The owner (I believe) always thanks me for coming in and seems really friendly and respectful towards his employees. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

We usually have a bad experience at this Starbucks, I just wish there was another one in our area we could go to instead. They usually get our (very basic) orders wrong and have slow, unfriendly service.

Go here fairly often and have no big complaints. Typically pretty quick when I preorder online and order accuracy is great as well. Only thing I'd say was in July and August, I went here a few times and ordered the nitro cold brew and it seemed off. Just was overly bitter and had to throw away. Overall good store.
