Manager was sitting in the back during the longest line I've ever seen, and I worked in a coffee shop. Only came to the front after the line stopped leading out to the store. Terrible manager. Place isn't stocked. No cream in my coffee or left out. Terrible. Manager should be fired. How do you pay someone, entrust them with your store, and allow that to be acceptable? Never coming back!
