Worst Service. Tea/Coffee sometimes is not at all hot...Are they saving anything out of it..when asked, rude behavior from the cashier. Worst customer service..0 for the service.. Starbucks Corporate..please train your customers how to talk and treat the customers with smile..

The employees were very nice and friendly. Very good customer service. However, my food wasn't burned but had burn stuff on it from the last thing they made. So cleaning needs to be a bit better. Everything looked well organized, and customer services is amazing. 😁

I always get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, today it didn't taste good so I took it back and they said they made it right. Normally everyone at Starbucks is very friendly and offers to just remake. She did not so I asked for my money back. They said I had to get back in line I did that and then the person at register said they can't give refunds! I had to go to customer service. Waste of time don't bother going to this location not friendly and don't know how to make menu items...
I told them to make me a drink, said I don't like the coffee taste but I like mocha and Carmel (I don't drink coffee much and I don't know any of the fancy coffee names). They NAILED IT! I have no idea what I'm drinking, but it is delicious!!!! Thank you for putting some sparkle in my day!
On July 7, 2021 We ordered a large Carmel Twisted Crunch and a Large Iced Mocha. It cost us $51.66. Manager said it would reflect correct price When's my statement clears It cleared my bank as $51.66. I have been attempting to communicate with hee manager. First, she told me to call back due to phone issues. Second attempt, I called right back and the phone goes unanswered. Store #6539 5005 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Mistakes happen but, the conduct of the manager should be researched. You have us on camera when there is an issue to protect yourselves. How about protection for your guests/customers. Until I am satisfied. I will discontinue our visits and take my money elsewhere.
