I stood in a completely empty Starbucks for 15 minutes before they came to me. While i was waiting 2 people were making one drink - they were talking about their weekend and came to me only when they finished their story. Long time SB customer but no for much longer. Every time I go to the SV location there is a line with one employee. 15 minutes for a coffee? They need to organize themselves and work more at customer service.
