I asked for a hot cocoa and they made me a mocha twice and told me hot cocoas are supposed to taste like coffee and they were kind of rude

I liked this Starbucks , it felt like they really cared . Ok , full disclosure , I do have a family member that works here , so I'm going to leave it at that

The Starbucks is inside City Market. Tanner one of the barista's is awesome! Always polite! Often have free cake samples :)
