Came to this Starbucks specifically for a drink and to SIT and enjoy. Well, didn't know of the changes. Starbucks, during the remodel you should have removed the text at the door that states, " Welcome, joyful and INCLUSIVE SPACE. This location is impersonal and is order by app and pickup only. THERE IS NO SEATING, community, etc. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 2 years, and it's our go-to coffee shop in the area. Unfortunately, about 4 or 5 months ago they remodeled and removed ALL indoor seating and tables, turning it into a "takeout only" coffee shop. The best part about Starbucks is the ability to sit down and relax for a few minutes in peice and quite before continuing on with a busy day. It's very unfortunate that they decided to go this route, and hopefully (long shot, I know) they decide to reverse course. Before you come here please know this is a MOBILE PICK UP ONLY LOCATION. They have removed the cafe and now you can only pick up what you order via the app. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

This location is so annoying. You cannot order in person! This is only for picking up mobile orders. If you don’t have the app…to bad! If you don’t want to get the app…to bad! You at a cool idea but practically idiotic I feel to only serve the app customers. My wife spent over 5 minutes trying to get the app and order the item she wanted and had a whole hassle. Ordered a Vinti picked it up dorve away, I was about 20min out when I realozed the cup was half full I just didn't realize it when I picked it up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everything about this Starbucks location deserves nothing but zero stars…… they do not know how to make people’s drinks properly they act like they don’t know how to read a label! Don’t come to this location unless you want a messed up drink and long wait times! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The fact that this location is pick up only is discriminatory to elderly people who do not have smartphones or know how to use there apps. I personally saw today an older lady trying to figure out how to use the app and was unable...she had to leave empty handed. This is terrible customer service. I could see having an emphasis on pick up but you can't deny customers from placing an order in person. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There are only 4 tables that can be used for working with a laptop. There are power outlets reachable from three of the tables. There are also 4 bar-style window seats, with a twin power outlet next to the window. I rarely have parking issues. There are 24 parking spots in the front and the side of the store. Even if it gets hard to find a parking spot, you should be able to find a spot if you hang around for a few minutes since most people are getting coffee to go (since there are so few tables!.
