If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I came to this location to order my usual go to drink from Starbucks. The cashier gave me the most uncomfortable look ever, so in response, I smiled to ease the tension. After I shared my order, she proceeded to say they don't serve my drink. However, I've been getting the same drink for about 2 months now. She continues and says, "We don't serve Indian people here." That is so discriminative. I am absolutely disgusted. That employee deserves to be terminated. No employer should seek exceptions for racism in any shape or form. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff are absolutely lovely and always willing above and beyond for customers. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they are making and very fast service. PSA This is not the Starbucks with the drive through, this is the Starbucks in the target.
I went to the Starbucks at the Target in Lawrence and I feel it should be a crime for Tamera to not be the manager. Her customer service was exceptional! She was very nice and professional. If you’re a consistent Starbucks drinker, you understand the frustration when your specialty drink differs with each location but our drinks were perfect; the coffee was strong and my daughter’s strawberry açaí had the perfect amount of lemonade. Thank you again Tamera and I hope you get the promotion you deserve.

This morning I went to a Starbucks and I had the worst experience ever. I ordered Americano, and it was very poor inconsistent quality of all regular brewed coffee.It tasted like a water. I asked a Barista to make me another one , and she sad that I have to pay again for it… Very unprofessional, very rude staff. I would never come there again. If they want to stay in business, they better work on their Customer service skills .

Im giving one star because you do not update your Ubereats menu to reflect items that are not available. I'm highly disappointed and I honestly expect more from a big brand like Starbucks. I also expect your full menu to be available at 930 in the morning. But maybe I'm spoiled. I'm hungry af and tired af. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese (or something), a large coffee and a lemon poundcake. The sandwich was sold out and I just received a coffee and a cake and paid $20. And now I still have to go find something to eat.

Very slow drive thru and ordering inside.
The drive thru has very long lines so went inside and the staff were talking to each other for a couple minutes before taking my order. They also ran out of the size cup I wanted for my drink. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
