This location my least favorite Starbucks EVER! They have inconsistent pricing! Every time I’ve ever gone for a “Iced White Mocha, with sweet cream foam with Caramel drizzle” they have charged a different price for the same exact drink. I am aware that you pay for the sweet cream, and the Carmel. However the price at this location always seems to fluctuate!!! This location also charges you more money for Iced Drinks as well as many other things are priced more than a traditional Starbucks because they are franchised owned by Hyvee. If you can, I recommend avoiding this Starbucks! It will save you the headache of them being out of stock on your favorite items only to have boxes of inventory scattered throughout the store waiting to be unpacked! As well as watching employees stand around getting nothing done while it takes over 5 minutes to get a drink complete! Avoiding this location It will also save you money because this location charges more money than a traditional Starbucks. Like how do you charge more money for an Iced drink??? I get less product because of the ice, and you charge more money to the customer! This is why you cannot order ahead at this location because then they cannot charge more money than the traditional Starbucks!

This location is CONSTANTLY out of either oatmilk, blonde roast, blonde espresso or apple juice. Every time I go, I have to order something other than what I actually wanted. I’ve never been more frustrated with one location before. No joke, my last 5 visits in a row I had to order medicine balls because that’s all they had that I would drink. Only 25% of the rest of the time do I actually get what I want. You should never have to consistently have a backup drink in mind when ordering at Starbucks. The manager or something should be able to order and have things in stock, for real. Boo this location!!

I'm not one to leave yucky reviews on the regular, but wow. My coffee was only half full and I'd asked for no egg on my food order due to a child allergy, nothing was followed. They all were just standing around and I had 8 cars behind me. As a 15 year vet in the food industry, this was just extremely annoying.

I had a great experience at this location. Best times are early morning or late afternoons when they're not so cramped. What could be fixed is the stars problem and sometimes I can't scan my app when other locations can. Other than that, decent location. Friendly staff.

Generally speaking it is a great location. Convenient. Service is great! Near a grocery shopping place and food and a gas station. Good place to visit and have a tasty coffee!

8/5 update - Came back. Got order just right, quick, and filled cup. Perfect.
Old: Ordered with a personal cup, had to ask for the discount. Ordered a Grande (16oz) and used a 16oz personal cup...got 12oz tops.
Hoping it gets better, I'll be back.
Got a cold foam cold brew. I tried a substitution on the cold foam due to them being out… I should’ve known that was the wrong thing to go through with… barely no foam and idk what they did but it didn’t make it taste good at all. That was the WORST Starbucks drink I’ve ever had…

I’ve came to this location twice and got dissatisfied both times. First time i got a drink with light ice and she repeated it back and gave me EXTRA ice.. Then tries again for two of the fraps and got NONE of the toppings and drizzle that comes with it. Also terrible costumer service and not understanding why not to scan stars. Not coming here again.
Unfortunately, I was provided with the wrong order but it was packaged with a sticker that had the correct information on it which made it appear as the right order. It was disappointing. I tried to call them to let them know about their mistake but the phone number listed is from when they were located inside Hy-Vee. Quite annoying.
