I love Starbucks and have been a regular customer at the Livingston location since they opened. The employees were always friendly and welcoming until recently. The past several times I have been in, I wasn't greeted when I walked in, my iced coffee has been overfilled with ice and now the last couple times my drink hasn't been tasting very good. I understand there may be new employees being trained, but after a month or so of training, there should be improvement not getting worse.

I'm glad that there's Starbucks now in the Lake Livingston area. I'm being basic, but when you're away from a big city and still need my caffeine addiction fed, I would take Starbucks any time of the day. This place gets a lot of business, and they're super busy. I have never had any bad experience ordering my drinks here, and I've been here plenty of times. I either stay in the coffee shop to do my work or order coffee through the drive-thru. The staff are nice and attentive to my orders, too!
If you stay in the shop to study or work, this place is passable with its ambiance. There are plenty of seating areas and wall outlets for charging your electronics.

I rarely rate an establishment unless it has earned five stars. But explain to me how a coffee house doesn't have black coffee ready... Holding up the entire drive through for a black coffee. It's bad enough they advertise a variety of coffee that they do not have, but to have none ready? At all? Do people legally just come here for 2000 calorie ice cream drinks? I just can't.

This review is for the middle aged women working the drive thru this morning. I use mobile order because I am soft spoken and often have to repeat myself. I was fully aware that I had just put my order in. And I was fully aware that it would not be ready yet and I was okay with that. This is not the first time that I have done that; however, it was my first time to ever be spoken to in such a rude manner. Spoken to like an idiot. I was on my way to a very difficult appointment and had managed to keep it together all morning until my very unpleasant interaction with you. If you choose to stay in the service industry, I hope you learn how to speak to people. God bless you.

One of the rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Has happened more than once. They don’t like to customize drinks.. I also ordered on the app and get to the window and they said um you placed this 20 second ago you will need to wait 10 mins to insure you don’t hold up the line.. no one was in line.

Our drinks came out quickly and were all correct. I'm impressed with this new Starbucks so far. I had heard multiple complaints from various people, but I can't say I share those experiences. All of the employees were kind and helpful. I'm not sure I feel comfortable taking my dually pickup through the drive thru, though..it looks like a tight fit. Other than that, everything was great :)

This was a little different setup for a Starbucks than I’ve ever seen, it was very small and had no merchandise. It was clean and the employees were nice but our drinks were made wrong and the girl that had to remake them seemed annoyed. I apologized when I shouldn’t have because I ordered the drinks the way I wanted them but the cashier apparently wasn’t listening. It was fine though and we got our drinks corrected and as always they were perfect! Everyone has a bad day now and again so I only took one star away for the annoyed barista as everyone else was pleasant.

Ive been a customer as this Starbucks for a while. Ill grab a bite to eat and sit down for a few hours and do work.The food is okay , overpriced but i recommend the bigger sandwiches. Everyone is really kind, except for one new barista who recently started to work here. Her tone is very entitled and she seems annoyed with taking everyone's order which is simply her job! I had to ask multiple times for my drink to be remade as well because she kept messing it up. I adore all the shifts/managers except for this newer one. If it aint broke dont break it ! Because youre about to. Highly disappointed now everytime I walk in and see her because of her sour attitude !
