I ordered a tall mocha with no whip cream and a pumpkin bread. whenever I usually order that, it’s cold, but this time it was hot so I asked why and the lady working asked if I want it iced so I said yeah, so she remade it and it still wasn’t a mocha just ice cubes, chocolate and espresso shots (nothing blended) , plus she gave me whip cream?? Idk I never had this problem ordering other places so I’m not that upset, but I spent like 10$ for this lol

i went to this starbucks ONE time instead of my usual starbucks, ordered a trenta cold brew, only to be given a venti cup of coffee shoved inside of an empty trenta cup. they charged me for a full trenta and i didn’t even get the full amount of coffee, when i asked if this was correct, the barista got angry with me. this is absolutely ridiculous, especially having been going to starbucks for years.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Every time my wife and I go here, we have excellent service, even if the line is super long. We as customers should appreciate what people do for us. I appreciate the Starbucks staff. Great job guys. Excellent drinks, super friendly staff. I would recommend this Starbucks was to everyone in the area.
Dunkin donuts has better and cheaper coffee and Dunkin donuts has better variety of foods to eat and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg and your first born...

Drove thru for hot chocolate. Location 528/518.
Received hot water with a hint of chocolate flavor. Worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Was down road when discovered. Horrible experience never again will I pay $3-4 dollars for hot brown water. What a ripoff
Horrible customer service by Kat. A-arron who seems to be a new employee is doing a great job without the help of Kat who is supposed to be training him. He asks a question and She rolls her eyes at him.
The obese girl behind the counter this morning must have had a bad morning and was taking it out on the customers. This is the Starbucks inside Kroger's, where the customers were looking at the cashier stuffing her face and making coffee for herself where we waited in line, only to see her make faces at us.
No "Hi, I'll be with you", no "Sorry, I'm alone, but will take care if you soon," she was just trying to hide herself.
Being at the back of the line, I figured, I'll sit down and complete a few emails while lunch is done. Some customers left, others muttered. The Wi-Fi was turned off. I was told that WiFi encourages customers to hang out there so they turn it off.
Well, that does it for the Starbucks. Luckily there was a Jack In the Box nearby with WiFi, friendly staff, and a regular coffee - that's 3x better than the Starbucks here, I guess.
When the lines are long at the other locations, this is the perfect alternative. In and out.
