My recent visit to the store was unfortunately marred by several factors that significantly detracted from my experience. Firstly, the volume of the music was excessively loud, making it difficult for me to concentrate on my studying, which was my primary reason for being there.
However, what was even more unsettling was the conduct of the employees, particularly the shift lead. Throughout my time in the store, I couldn't help but overhear conversations in which the shift lead was adamantly expressing views about refusing to work for a straight man. This vocalized bias towards men made me feel distinctly uncomfortable as a customer.
What struck me as particularly concerning was the timing and context of these discussions. With other customers present in the store, it felt inappropriate and unprofessional for such personal views to be aired so openly, especially by a member of staff in a leadership position.
While I understand that workplaces can foster diverse opinions and beliefs, it's essential for employees, especially those in leadership roles, to maintain a level of professionalism and ensure that all customers feel welcome and respected regardless of their gender or sexual orientation.
Overall, my experience at the store was overshadowed by the distracting music and the discomfort caused by the vocalized biases of the employees. I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers in the future.
P.s. yall wouldn't have to yell at each other at a level where everyone hears your private discussion, if you were to lower the music a notch.... sorry not sorry

The girls working were far more interested in being obnoxiously loud with their group of friends and making them an array of free drinks to try than helping actual paying customers. We were an afterthought and an annoyance. Luckily, there’s no shortage of coffee shops in the area.

Sloppy is the nicest thing I can say. I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time there’s something wrong with my order. Today I waited 10 minutes for the wrong drink, had them remake it, just for the espresso to be weak. It taste like I’m drinking watered down milk, which is offensive when I wanted the taste of coffee. There’s a lot to be desired from this location, but let’s just start with good coffee….

if you want to wait 30 minutes for a coffee then this is the place for you. they ignore mobile orders until you say something and act like you don’t exist. i recommend driving an extra 10 minutes to another starbucks because you’re going to spend that time plus some waiting for your drink here.
