The employees working there on November 5th 2023 at 3pm we’re terrible, bad attitude and both stared me down while I was standing waiting for my order to be taken, and on top of that the sink was full of dirty water and they pulled out the dishes and used them for my drink, it was gross. Also their hair was really long and I’m not sure if it touched my drink, I felt bad so didn’t ask for a refund but just threw away my drinks. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FOR 2 DRINKS, HOW?!? This was the only Starbucks I’ve had such a bad experience at. Definitely a staff issue.

Never had a problem with this Starbucks with other employees till today. I asked for a certain product and this product contains no coffee, yet its hot. She asked me if I wanted it cold or hot??? What is the difference I asked? One has ice and the other doesn't was the reply. I thought how weird to ask me that question when obviously it is a hot beverage, no ice involved. So I told her again what I wanted. Thought she got it right. Got home and it was coffee. Took it back and the other employee was very impolite not apologizing at all for the mistake. Made it sound like I ordered the wrong thing, but made me what I wanted, but had to tell me that as long it is made right like you wanted doesn't matter, basically. I think they just didn't know their own products.
Was here visiting family and stopped to try and get a fast drink. Services was poor at best. Julie was busy talking to others and not fixing drinks. Would not suggest going to this location if you are in a rush or want to feel valued.
First time here I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and whenever I got here there was nobody here 20 minutes later the lady showed up and told me that they were going to take a break for 25 minutes more so because I don’t have nothing to do so I waited. I’m going on an hour and nobody’s here. I don’t know what kind of brakes Starbucks gives but I’m NOT COMING BACK
