the one taking my order was very rude and sarcastic with me and the one making my drink was also was giving me attitude and gave me a dirty look because i told her my drink was made wrong and then the one who took my order gave me a dirty look and said a cuss word. i feel disrespected and disgusted because thats their job. I love this store! The employees make you feel so special! As soon as I pull up I hear Hi Cindy would you like your usual or do you want to try something new! This morning they took my favorite drink and made it iced for me! I love it! Great service! Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Awesome team at this location. They stopped serving a type of dark roast and was able to compensate with a pour over. If there is any mistake they are quick to remedy the situation. Always friendly and kind. Thank you team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Literally the best people ever here they always know who I am and are always so nice. Sometimes they write cute notes like have a good day. It honestly makes my morning so much better, best Starbucks ever. Not to mention they always get my drinks and order PERFECT Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I got the new lemonade passion fruit drink was terrible, so tasteless and watered down. It tasted like I got all slushed ice and no flavoring. That's what I get for going in the late afternoon ?I ordered a trente unfortunately. I was going to return it but the 146 road nightmare gave me no turn around for miles and I wasn't willing to do that twice. On top of that the drive up window barista was about as unfriendly as could be, she just shoved the drink at me and closed the window immediately? I would have liked a straw and a napkin. The staff is always super friendly and great. No problem with that. I gave 3 stars because this location is constantly out of certain things that are in common orders. It’s happened several times so I waited a good while to post anything about it just in case it was not a regular occurrence. They have been out of caramel, oat milk, cold brew, cups (???). Overall this location is really nice, given that it is still fairly new. However, there is one guy there, I believe his name is Colton, I’m not sure if he is a manager or not but he gives off such a negative vibe. When I walked in, a couple of the employees greeted me and were very nice but this guy came out the backroom and was being rude to them in front of customers and you can tell it shifted the employees happiness.
