This location has some of the best service we have experienced. They consistently get my wife's order correct which is a big plus for me. We drive past 3 other locations to enjoy this location. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I can't believe people still go to these places and pay $8 for a cup of coffee when you can go next door to McDonald's and get the same cup of coffee for $3. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ran out of cold brew 3/4 the way thru my drink. and instead of just telling me, they then tried to fill thr remaining room in my cup up with water while telling me "that's what starbucks does". No ma'am it is not. I've had tons of cold brews and never did anyone walk over to a sink to put water in it....

Apparently all Starbucks do a refill of tea/coffee except this one. Even though it’s Starbucks policy. Management wouldn’t even speak to me. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady behind the counter claims the tea I get everyday (emperor's cloud) from every other location is not carried by Starbucks. The same lady behind the counter just makes excuses. Went to the location in the parking lot....boom got my tea.

Starbucks has pretty much figured out consistent quality from store to store, what separates each store is the service. As an owner of a service business myself I sat for about 30 mins just observing each employee and the level of attention to each customers needs was uniquely above par. The verbal and non-verbal communication was some of the best I have ever seen. Well done.
