The barista made my oat mocha just right, and the espresso machine he used seems to be a more traditional rather than one of those full automatic ones. As far as the Starbucks goes this place is a good one.

Love order ahead on the app option. The staff are extremely friendly. This store is a full service location so they can heat your pastries and breakfast order. Parking is not bad. It can be a bit spotty in the morning hours.

She’s so helpful she always repeats my order to ensure it’s correct. She makes sure to tell me about how to save a few cents by bringing my reusables which is awesome in my opinion. She also taught me how to use the mobile app. Forgot to mention Alex has the prettiest smile!!!

Who owns this location? They have to have enough money to get more staff and to at least the clean the store? The place is always packed, mostly mobile and take-out orders as there is limited seating. It’s the smell for me. There is no air flow, and the place has a very unpleasant smell. Body odor maybe? The floors, walls, counters, everything could use a good cleaning. The staff is super friendly and appear overworked. I wish management would fix the place up.

This Starbucks always has great food and bevs. It’s also always done on time or early. I love this location BUT the parking lot is awful and the staff could be better trained for handling crowds and pickup orders. Other than that, it’s a fantastic location.

I’ve lived near this location for years. I don’t know if Alex is the manager, but if she’s not…she should be! This store is always busy, the parking lot is notoriously chaotic, and mobile orders create wait times of up to 20-30 minutes during busy hours/weekends. Alex keeps things moving, manages irate customers, and calls out orders the team is working on to manage everyone’s time and expectations. She knows most customers by name and always offers “have a great day” or “good morning.” She’s a huge asset to this location and clientele. I’ve noticed a drastic, positive shift in customer service since she has been on board.

I know everyone is short staffed, and busy but if you want to accommodate multiple customers at a time you should bring in more staff during your am shifts, it should not take 25 mins to receive a mobile order ! The HV location gets busy too and they have NEVER taken 25 mins for an order, maybe 5-10 at most but 25 is just ridiculous to make an ice coffee

Jenkin town Starbucks is the best. The employees are awesome. I love ❤️ coming there. And the coffee they make it perfect 🥰. Theirs a few startcucks around my house, but I always go to the Jenkintown. I love it.
