The lady who took mine and my daughter's order at the inside counter was very nice and sweet. The wait was a usual wait time. As we were waiting I put a generous tip into their tip jar. When the girl making our drinks was finished she did not set the drinks down on the counter OH NO SHE SLAMMED IT DOWN AND SLIDES it to me as is she was angry about doing her job. She even did the following customer the same exact way! 1: you're not working at some bar, 2: that's not how you are to treat the customers that come in and purchase anything from the establishment you work at, 3: if you are that unhappy with your job/career choice then you need to think about changing it.

If i could rate this place a zero I would i come to this location almost everyday, because its on my way to work im not sure what it is but the morning crew is rude this happened around 6 am today hispanic guy working just rude theres a way to talk to customers even when you as an ( employee) don’t agree to something i wasnt not being
disrespectful at all but iam a person that return the same energy! and so i ask for his name he said to me i dont need to give my name all sassy with it but i did call the manger about this incident and off the bat they knew who i was talking about the manger Lucy was very nice n understanding. Forgot to mention he purposely made me wait like 5-10 min for my drinks that by then they were waterdown had to throw them away. I don’t see how people like this apply for customers service job if they dont know how to control their emotions. So unprofessional !
