The Starbucks used to be amazing and was always my go to. I have been going to this particular Starbucks for over 10 years. The quality has dropped significantly in the past 2 to 3 years. It’s 50-50 whether your drink will come out right. And to pay this kind of money for these drinks, and have them be ruined, is really poor service. Simple things like sugar or flavoring asked for isn’t put in the drink, or you buy a Venti and it’s half full. The quality is all over the place and is very, very unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend going to this one any longer and it’s really a shame because for many years it was a great Starbucks in a great location. I realize that complaining about a specialty coffee is a very first world problem. I get that. But when you spend hard earned money on it, it gets frustrating when the quality is so consistently compromised.

I ordered the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher and it tasted like sink water with food dye in it. It tastes nothing like one and even has a weird color.

Love the Canton location. Nice spot. Wayside in Burlington is nice too. Some locations make great coffee; some not so much.

Amazing, delicious coffee. Really really good variety and quality of the coffee as well.
The Warmed Butter Croissants are undeniably the best you can get.
Service was a little slow, but this is to be expected, because coffee takes a long time to make.

They really have to hire faster working employees because when I got an order for just 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches it took them more than 25+ minutes just for that. People who even ordered after me got their drinks faster, which is just completely unfair.
While on our way to Salem we decided to take a Java Chip Frappuccino. This is our favorite drink and we have tried this at several locations and were never disappointed. There is always one time and probably this was at this store. For the first time I hated it to a point that we decided to throw it since it was way too bitter for us to drink. I am sure there is a standardized way to make these drinks at all the Starbuck locations but somehow these folks decided to diverge from the recipe to deliver a disaster.
Hope they take it seriously and try to improve. There are other Starb
The highlight of this Starbucks experience was a gentleman named Yoshi. 5 stars all around for him. I don’t know much about coffee, but I needed the energy this morning. Yoshi helped me not only choose a coffee that sparked me up. But also helped me choose one that taste amazing. Because of him, I walked out feeling like I know exactly what I’m doing in the coffee world, and in a great mood.
