By far, my favorite Starbucks in the valley. Superb, friendly staff. My orders are always correct and tasty. And they are very efficient at getting everyone through.

Why put closing hours at 8pm if you are going to close early? It’s unprofessional and inconvenient. Workers looked at us through the windows and just shrugged.
Most of the staff are always nice except for EDWARD I don’t know if he hates his job but his attitude is terrible

Not only is this location convenient if you're already shopping, I can use specific Safeway coupons on my drink orders, which gives me a second layer of promotions and discounts.
Most every time I've ordered here, the customer service is great and so are the beverages.
Drink was good. Server had a bad attitude. Mgr Andrea. Now the Mgr, Jacklin, has an attitude. I think getting the manager job has went to her head, Believes she has more power over people, a power trip, even above customers. Just my opinion. SPEAKING of customer service, I think not all of your employees made it to the training class. Melanie is the best employee, anyone could ask for. She is very professional and friendly. Melanie will answer any questions that she knows is the right answer. Very knowledgeable of the product.knows what to mix and how much syrup to put in drinks. You need more workers like Melanie. An asset to the company. Melanie gets the 5 star rating from me.😎🐰1️⃣3️⃣
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff make a great place to get that report done that your Boss put on your desk w/a post saying need first thing Monday morning basically eating up what time you're supposed to have off with the family which you took and come that Sunday you haven't even started this Starbucks is the one I'd find peace and quiet.
