Really great baristas that seem to enjoy their customers, coworkers, and job! That makes for a pleasant environment. The drinks are consistently good. However, the bento box was a bit on the skimpy side, and I feel like the quality has dropped. The turkey pesto provolone on ciabatta was mostly ciabatta. The male worker at 5pm June 25 was rude. I understand he mighta been having a bad day but not serving customers in correct order and that people can see he was bosun visibly frustrated ain't great.

The barristas here are usually nice always get my order right. But still a hit or miss here. I was told today very rudely I have to tell the barista I want to use my points before putting my order. I’ve never had a problem before no one has ever told me this. I told the lady making my drink thank you twice did not look at me.
