This was possibly the worst experience Ive had with any starbucks Ive ever been to. The customer service needs work desperately. I went through the drive thru to get two coffees and when I got to the window my card was not working properly so I was trying to fix in in the meanwhile I got mean mugged, rolled eyes and disgusting behavior from a grown employee working at the window. Absolutely not ok and customer servicing definitely needs to be improved.

Most times I say thank you and get no response from the baristas. It’s okay, but you all want a tip? And what if I paid ahead and already tipped you?
One time I didn’t leave a tip because I didn’t have the money and the cashier decided she wouldn’t say anything to me after that like, “your order will be ready soon.” She just looked at me and turned away because she was upset I couldn’t leave a tip
The atmosphere here needs morale upkeep!
The manager needs to remind the workers here that no matter what you treat the customers kindly. Even if we don’t leave a TIP we are paying your pay check. You wouldn’t have one without paying customers.

My favorite Starbucks. I’ll only go to this particular one. Abby and Rachel are great. They always know what I want and always remember my order. They are friendly and their customer service is very impressive. Love this Starbucks I won’t go anywhere else because of those two employees.
