I'm a very loyal Starbucks customer and my visit to this location this morning was terrible from start to finish. The employee outside taking the orders was impersonal and acted like she was annoyed with us ordering. Then when we get to the window the service was just terrible. The woman at the window didn't smile or have interaction with us even a little bit. I don't know what the deal is with this location but your people aren't happy there. Also, they were out of everything on the menu for food except pretty much 2 things [we were informed by employee outside taking orders that they have nothing in stock] so that was a bummer, as we couldn't order what we wanted. So we got our regular drinks and 2 breakfast items that were available.
The coffees were TERRIBLE. They tasted completely burnt and both drinks are regular drinks we get all the time. Also, we ordered ventis and neither of them were close to full. I spent over $25 dollars on 2 awful drinks that we couldn't even get down. And they weren't full!
I haven't had problems with other locations but this makes me not want to even bother, anymore.... bad service is one thing but the coffee being consistently good is something I count on and keeps me a regular customer. It was a total bust, today. Super disappointing.

Not sure whose job it is too keep this place clean but he or she isn't doing a good job. There's plenty of seating but chairs have ripped covers. Tables aren't wiped off. I sat next to spiders on the wall that look like they have been living there for a long time. I also couldn't connect to the wifi, kept throwing me out of log in. Coffee is made well though not very fast. And yes this place is pretty busy on weekends and mornings.
This is our favorite Starbucks to visit. The baristas there are very friendly and always up for a good conversation. They know our usual drinks which is a nice touch. Even better is they make our drinks better than some of the other Starbucks in the area. Overall, I wish Starbucks had unsweetened Almond milk as an offering which is nothing against this location.
This Starbucks is a pretty decent Starbucks. The wait time is never really long. The girls behind the counter are usually very friendly. The only downside is it's inside of Randall's. You actually have to get out of the car and go in to get your cup of coffee
I was craving a Frappuccino so my husband went to this Starbucks inside of Randall’s. I usually get a Mocha Frappuccino no whip with an extra shot.
The frap he brought home was horrible! It had NO flavor. I’m thinking they must have forgot the mocha and the shots of espresso. I said No Whip not No Flavor!!!! They definitely need more training on how to make these drinks.
Great service And super friendly. Never have to wait very long and it’s always made correctly. I think if they had a better seating area, it would be nice and if they had fresher breakfast sandwiches , instead of pre-made then I would go more often and do one stop shop. I know it’s mainly coffee so I still give 5 stars
No one at the stand. We were there waiting several minutes for someone to show up, then I clearly ordered a venti toasted white chocolate peppermint mocha Frappuccino and a venti peppermint mocha Frappuccino, and Faith asked me if the 2nd drink was regular and not white chocolate and I said yes. She obviously misunderstood me and didn't put peppermint in my husband's drink. He noticed while in the car and returned and asked for peppermint syrup and she told him I said regular mocha Frappuccino, and just put one squirt and refused to put it in the blender. I rather make a drive to another star bucks than to deal w Faith's attitude and laziness. People like her should not work serving people.
