Barrista closed the shop down 15 minutes early at 8:45pm on Saturday December 23rd when it's posted for 9pm. It was very inconvenient never returning to this location ever again

Service is good here; however my mango dragon fruit lemonade wasn’t that good. I had already left before taking a sip. It was lacking the fruit and tasted watered down. Maybe next time I’ll sip before I leave.

Always like Starbucks coffee. I typically stop here and grab a coffee before walking around and looking at classic cars next door on Friday nights at Bob's Big Boy.
They have a lot of seating inside and outside, the staff is always friendly and quality is consistent with the brand.

The Starbucks inside the Ralph's in Burbank on Victory wasn't even open on Friday 2/4/22, (around 9-9:30 a.m.). There were a couple of employees inside the stand so I asked what time they were opening, they replied "they were not going to open at all today". I had a coupon that was expiring so I asked if I could get an extension, she acted as though I was bothering her and said, "I don't know, probably". Completely disinterested, I tossed the coupon in the trash on my way out. She was so rude she dismissive, if they didn't want to be bothered they shouldn't have been in the stand at all. Of course people are going to think they're open, duhhh...🤨

Somehow they are different from a regular Starbucks. I’ve gone to this location multiple times for one drink, a blended strawberry lemonade. Each time it always comes out the same, to be a blended strawberry açaí. Sorry to be picky but that’s not the same thing, they taste and look different. When I questioned it they just tell me this is how they make it and there’s no other way. But every time I go to another location i get the correct drink. Does this location not do all of the same drinks or are they not trained properly? It’s a shame because this location is across the street from my house but I’d rather drive to another location than go back to this one.
Waited 10 minutes just to order and I was the 2nd customer in line. They had only 1 worker and apparently he was new too and not quite ready to work alone. Once another worker showed up, she worked just as slowly and was even texting on her phone as she made my drink! My hot chocolate tasted fine but they didn't have whip cream
The only reason why I'm not giving them a 5 star is because they don't sell their matcha powder. It is an Essential (medicine) in my household. And it isn't easy to find good quality out in the market. My email to their branch was ignored 👩💻 Other than this little issue you can't go wrong with a freshly brewed coffee ☕ and a bagel with cream cheese 🥯 📓🖋 amongst other goodies that are available like a chocolate croissant, a protein grab & go box or a refreshment.
