Twice I purchased an americano here and twice it has been bitter, absolutely no Crema, it looks like black coffee. On both occasions the Barista was not listening to the order. She was not supposed to add the cream but she did. She was supposed to leave extra room but she didn't. On another occasion my wife purchased my coffee and got a similar experience.
I work in customer care and if i am having a bad day I DO NOT let my mood effect my customers experience.
IF you are not capable of doing your job leave it and stop dragging down your stores reputation.
My overall experience with Starbucks Stores has been awesome. I buy a coffee almost everyday for 17 years. At $5 plus tips that's over $30,000 I have spent so I would like to get my coffee the way it should be regardless of the attitude your Barista has.

When you pay this much for a coffee at least they could do is get it right instead of yaking with co-workers. I said half and half in my coffee with shots and she ruined it with steamed milk. It's not even drinkable it's so bitter 😒
Had several kinds of pizza and they were really good. The pizza dough is fresh and excellent. Staff and server are great. They have a selection of micro brews so you can find one you'll like.
