Honestly I'm not gonna come back because of the service it's was so lousy until the negative service vibe is felt in the way they treat one so bad service as hell even this lady on the photo acting kinda racist she doesn't deserve to be there. It's fine. Expensive and overall "cold" environment. While the staff is generally kind, I often leave questioning why I stopped in the first place.

I just purchased two breakfast sandwiches. I was sitting in the waiting room for awhile when I realized I should have had them by now. All the clerks were standing up there. It wasn’t that busy. I go to look and my sandwiches were sitting up there. They didn’t even call my name. I looked at the time stamp on the bag and they sat up there for 11 mins. Get it together. I came here because this is supposed to be convenient. If you can’t call my name when my food is out and you leave my food sitting up there I’m not coming back. Will if you have your own cup Doesn't matter. Starbucks stopped being eco. friendly .. So you don't actually get 12 Oz when you order a cold drink , viz they fill the cup wirh ice first , then you only get maybe 6 Oz . My suggestion.. order 1/2 the ice or little ice cuz actually were paying for ice!!! That's why I like my home town Dutch bros. @ least there yiy get you full 12 Oz drink.. ya know it's sad when we gotta pay for ice now days.. Another option I'll do from here on out is order a cup of ice on the side. Get your drink with no ice.!! Starbucks cup of ice free!

Had trouble where occasionally they got the order wrong, label printed with what I asked for, but not what was actually put in the cup. Last couple visits no problems, so I'm happy.
