I've been coming to this Starbucks for quite sometime to have my whole bean French Roast ground for me. I have yet to see anything short of Great customer service. Everyone I have dealt with in this store has great customer service skills and they all seem to have a very upbeat and positive attitude. Kudos to you all at this store. You all are a great asset to Starbucks.

Try to get a caramel frappuccino it was super water down. I don't know how to make fan of Starbucks anyhow support local call Dutch I don't really appreciate your business but I was dying for a coffee so I went ahead and got one I should have just saved my money

I thought this one opened at 5:30am. I waited to place my order and then pulled forward. The girl at the window who is never friendly said they weren't open as she opened up her drive through window and said I had to go through the line again unbelievable. I usually go to the Starbucks on River Rd, but they aren't open yet. The very unfriendly girl could have taken my order at the window.
When I have to wait for her to finish taping a sign then reframing the sign , then hang the sign before she'll attend to us, forget maryah worst Starbucks employee

Got a cup of plain coffee. It was good enough for Starbucks but I don't drink coffee shop coffee. I have a great late maker at and it makes great coffee for pennies.
The young lady who was working there in the early afternoon on March 29, 2022
was very terrible in her customer service.
I had stood there in line looking at the menu while the other two were already helped.
She then proceeded to help another woman whom worked at target and help her.
It was that employee at target that acknowledged me! Asking if she had cut in front of me. I told her she did.
It was then that cashier told me the line was where the cash register was!
Well IF THERE WAS A BIG OLD SIGN I WOULD HAVE SEEN IT, BUT THERE WASNT!
And I didn’t think I needed to stand at the cash register if she had saw me and being I was the only person at the time not being helped!
She then ALL OF A SUDDEN remembered her customer service while many now lined up to the register! Asked me my name, gave it to her “Linda”.
‘Lay G’ ??? was written on the cup? “Have a good day!” I was almost embarrassed.
WOW! How funny!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible.. at its best. Wow.
