Very disappointed in the service I had today. One lady was “training” and the other two girls just left her on her own at the cash register, no help for the poor lady at all. I ordered a Venti Passion tea with apple juice sweetened. During this time they charged me extra for it being sweetened with classic. When questioned about why I was being charged extra for sweetened she response “that’s just how it is now.” I said “okay I’ll know for next time.” I was speaking to the cashier and we had a conversation about the other Starbucks in town, immediately one of the very tall Black hair gal speaks up and says “uh are you talking about the other Starbucks? They charge for every little thing so and I was just there.” There was no need for the combativeness or attitude.Had other great experiences but it’s always the bad experience that stands out most, will not be taking my business here again. Such a friendly staff! And they make my drink better than the other 3 Starbucks within 1.5 miles from us, so I try to stop at this location.
Jessica you are a DOLL. Thank you for making THE BEST Caramel Macchiato EVER! You are truly a sweetheart and make my drink SO FAST! You really would do excellent as management. Kudos Sweet Lady!
I ordered a matcha beverage, they were out of it. Cashier offered a bundle with a bakery item, they were out of the lemon cake I preferred. I am giving 4 stars b/c 1) they cashier was obviously brand new and I know they have very little actual control of basically anything; and 2) they manager was super apologetic about being out of the tea I requested and let me go with a frappe since I had to change up my order. Also the pumpkin loaf was super good!

I do not frequent Starbucks. I do not like burnt coffee. It always tastes as such. I stick my finger in the dike when I want other than home brewed thank u.
The young ladies running this stand today are fantastic. I went from a frazzled mess after checking out at Safeway to this stand where the girls were so pleasant and calm I feel much better. Thanks, Ladies!

Me and my sis went there and we got a Carmel frappe and it was supposed to be No coffee but when we got home and tasted it We realized that it had coffee in it! I was the one who found out but she was 8 and had already drank half of it, so I say the workers are lazy and not the most kind.

When it comes to coffee, I normally visit Dutch Bro's when a location is near by, but this particular Starbucks deserves a five star rating. Exceptional service! Fast, friendly, courteous and FUN employees! I didn't do the usual at this Starbucks, which is stand in the back of the packed room for ten minutes waiting for my name to be called. They were busy, but very efficient. Highly recommend
I am not impressed. The coffee is always way too sweet, or tasteless, and overpriced. They also have almost no option for sugar free syrup and can never make what I ask for, even though other small businesses in town never have a problem doing so. I would go anywhere but here for coffee.

Don't remember going but I'm going to make the safe bet and say that it was....coffee? That costed a monetary incurrence. And it was at least 98% the same as any other Starbucks that pumps that sweet, sweet gateway drug down on throat holes. Wait, I'm not on Yelp right now? Who closed my browser again?!!
