I used the DT for this visit on Saturday, 2/17 around noon and received terrible customer service. The girl who answered the speaker was rude from the get-go and all she said was “Hello?” my boyfriend then said “hi, how are you?” and I guess she didn’t like that because she gave more attitude and said “what can I get you? you then hear another girls voice take over and they’re just all laughing not taking us serious. My boyfriend then asks me, “are they laughing at me?” it was apparent they were for some reason. When we get to the window we were as polite as one can be given the circumstance and the girl at the window just seemed annoyed. I’ve slowed my visits at starbucks for many reasons but this interaction has reminded me why I don’t come to Starbucks as much anymore.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Starbucks. The service was outstanding, and the baristas were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. The positive atmosphere and warm smiles made my visit truly enjoyable. Kudos to Starbucks for consistently delivering excellent service!

The guy that was running drive thru was super rude and brought up how I act at my job when he came in. Trying to tell me about customer service and what not. I go in everyday and get the mocha cookie crumble and is usually nice but today he couldn’t hear me thru the speaker so I repeated my order slowly a little louder. Not much louder and he couldn’t stop saying that I was yelling at him and whatever else. They are usually a 10/10 but today definitely brought it down to a 2/10. I hope something is done about this. But at first he was telling me about the triple star thing today and asked if I wanted to do it but he didn’t even show me how to add it. He just scanned my phone anyway and didn’t even try to explain how to add it. 12/12/23

Nonexistent service. We waited 5 min while 3 people all working in the back kept telling us that someone would be right with us. There was no one ahead of us and 2 vehicles in the drive-through.
This, in my opinion, is not busy, and it is a pet peeve of mine that drive-through and mobile orders take precident over customers that come to the counter to order. Some SBs are terrible for this!

Typical Starbucks, bad coffee masked by all kinds of flavorings, sugar and other products. Not at all the fault of the baristas, just the way the machines pull the shots.
LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I go on the daily to Starbucks and have never have had such a nasty service. The employee RUBY so rude just because they made me my drink wrong I had to say something because those drinks aren’t cheap so if I’m paying for a $6 dollar drink. I had to say something I said it in a nice way and she was so mad because I told her she mad dogged me and was laughing with her co workers! Which was very unnecessary and very unprofessional. I felt humiliated. Awkful! First time in tillamook and had this experience not the best..

Wherever I order cold drinks I order without ice bc I’m paying for the DRINK not the ice.
At this location my venti drink was only 3/4 full.
When I asked the worker responded (not friendly) “that’s just the way they do it”
