While inside I was asked to leave when I was only there to ask if they had extra straws for a tumbler it was a simple yes or no questions which they didn't want to answer. If their answer was yes I would of came back in the morning to purchase because I understand they close at 8 but it was rude of them to not answer my question and ask me to leave in such a rude way. This is the most terrible Starbucks ever. They mess up drinks 8/10 times. I get the same coffee but the price changes every time I come. They’re very slow and every time I go I regret coming. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst location. Awful and painfully slow service. They always upcharge my drink for no reason. I get the same items with the same customization every time at other Starbucks for the same cost. I went there today and they wanted to charge me $11 for an order that is ALWAYS $9.97. When I asked her about this, she said they charge extra for ice, and that Hyvee controls the prices, not Starbucks. Avoid at all costs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
