Absolutely AWFUL experience at this Starbucks. I have you know that I asked for a chocolate croissant and got NO CHOCOLATE, and JUST a croissant. This pink drink had absolutely TOO MUCH ice. I watched the lady make the drink and she saw that she didn’t make enough so she iced it out. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here today. Oh and I also asked for butter and she said NO rudely with an attitude. Thanks!

There was an older gentleman by himself working tonight who was very friendly and attentive. He made my BSSE w SCCF PERFECTLY. I wish there was uniformity like this across all Starbucks. You can tell when the team member cares about what they are doing. Thank you for all that you do! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 5
While normally we have a great experience here, today definitely left a bad impression, and if we were first time customers, we wouldn’t be coming back. It was 7:40~Pm, lights were still on, we knew it was later but we knew our orders. We walked up, and before we even got to say anything, were brusquely told “we’re closed” and the employee walked back into the back. They close at 8pm, and while I know (from working retail) there is cleanup, drawer counting, etc to do at the end of the day, I still felt 20 minutes before closing time is a bit much. Hopefully it’s just this one time, maybe they were having a bad day and wanted to get out of there, and it wasn’t like they were losing huge sales, but I still felt is was inappropriate and rude.

1. Atmosphere: Every time you walk into a Starbucks, you know you will be greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude. 2. Continuity of Brand and Product: Every Starbucks has a similar feel, and your drink order will taste the same whether you are in New York or Spain. 3. Employee Satisfaction and Training: The training of the staff, in both how to be personable with customers and knowledge of the product offering provide a superior experience that the Starbucks client base has come to expect.
Every time I visit the Exton Starbucks, I come away from the experience better for it. I love that place, and its people! 😍😍😍😍😍 Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
