Typical Starbucks but the staff is uninterested, doesn’t care, and doesn’t know anything.
1. I asked four different questions about drinks and the app but she could answer any of them. Seriously?!? How do you not know your drinks?
2. Then the gal slid my drink across the counter AWAY from me, turned on her heel and walked away.
I was the only customer in the store and standing right there!
3. Oh, and worst of all, paid for a drink that was 85% ice. What a joke! I got five swallows and it was gone.
4. Lastly, she didn’t even offer to warm up my banana loaf and it was served cold.
I won’t be back to this location!
