Very friendly staff, and I have visited on multiple occasions; this is true for all of the employees that I have encountered on my visits unlike other establishments where it is just one or two good ones and the rest are not quite up to par or even close! In love with the Pistachio Frappuccino, it is sooo sooo good and always with whip cream (hahah) I wish I could stop by everyday and I would if it wasnt for the extra lbs. Over the years living in waynesville, i go to Starbucks almost daily and there are a few that work there that always make me feel so welcome. Coffee is always the same, bitter and burnt but the lady likes it. My issue was service, I stood at the counter 10-15 minutes waiting to get someone's attention trying to pick up an order but was ignored by each employee as they ran to handle drive thru orders.
