Our favorite Starbucks in the area; drinks are always perfect! The drive-thru line can get a little out of control sometimes, but when that happens we just go in and place our order. The inside is always spotless! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I haven't been to a Starbucks in years because they seem to have lost what made them successful in the first place. We waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Something is wrong there. I think I will stick with the mom and pop coffee shops from now on. That being said, the staff was very courteous. Service Take out

Wow. I didn’t think there could be an inept Starbucks, but I found it! I tried going inside to order today and it turned out to be a HUGE mistake. I could have gone through the drive thru at least three times for as long as it took them to get it figured out inside. I was in there for over thirty minutes waiting for these people to figure out how to MAKE COFFEE. Everyone in there was pissed and their orders were late and taking forever. Over the years living in waynesville, i go to Starbucks almost daily and there are a few that work there that always make me feel so welcome. The employees don't seem to have a brain. Whenever I order something they hand it to me one by one seperately. One time I went in there and ordered five items and the young man at the register handed me all the five items over the counter. I had to ask him for a bag. Coffee is always the same, bitter and burnt but the lady likes it. My issue was service, I stood at the counter 10-15 minutes waiting to get someone's attention trying to pick up an order but was ignored by each employee as they ran to handle drive thru orders.
